The black mask layer can be formed by black polyimide capable of achieving black optical imaging. The light permeable planarity layer can be formed by spin-on glass. The light blocking structure can comprise a first layer formed by one part of the black mask layer and a second layer such as a black strip material layer located on the lower side of the colored filter layer.
