Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses an intelligent stray current monitoring sensor. The intelligent stray current monitoring sensor comprises a data acquisition input module capable of acquiring voltage measuring scopes between a steel rail and a drainage net and between a reference electrode and the drainage net. The data acquisition input module is connected with a single-chip microcomputer through an SPI bus via an A/D converter. The single-chip microcomputer is connected with a monitoring system through an RS485 serial port via an isolation protective circuit. The single-chip microcomputer is connected with an LED lamp capable of displaying power supply normal indication, communication normal indication and wrong alarm indication through an I/O interface. The single-chip microcomputer is also provided with a watchdog module. By using such a structure, through intelligent processing on data, errors generated during the transmission process of the multiple groups of data are reduced, and the real-time performance and the accuracy of the data are improved; and in case of a sensor fault, the intelligent stray current monitoring sensor can be rapidly restarted and reset the fault so as to ensure that the data can be timely recovered and no influences are exerted on monitoring and timely reaction of the monitoring system on the data. |
