The system comprises an upper computer water level PC (Personal Computer) management system with a wireless communication module and a plurality of power stations, wherein each power station comprises a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) display device with a wireless communication module and a water level monitoring device with a wireless communication module; each water level monitoring device comprises a power module and a CPU (Central Processing Unit) acquisition module; each CPU acquisition module is connected with the corresponding power module and comprises an accumulator power supply conversion circuit, a main CPU, and a clock chip, a reset chip, an LED (Light Emitting Diode) indicating circuit, a rainfall acquisition module, a power low-power-consumption control circuit, an AD (Analog-Digital) acquisition protection circuit and an RS485 communication interface which are connected with the main CPU. Plural associated water levels of the power stations are monitored in real time, and basic information is provided for turning on and off a dispatching unit and increasing and reducing a load. |
