The heater comprises an opening formed in the side edge of a heater platform, a first isolating pillar and a second isolating pillar are fixed to the two ends of the opening, a control panel with a through hole is fixed to the upper portions of the first isolating pillar and the second isolating pillar, and the containing space formed by the first isolating pillar, the second isolating pillar and the fixing control panel contains the silicon controlled rectifier temperature control switch or part of the silicon controlled rectifier temperature control switch. An adjusting knob is connected with the control end of the silicon controlled rectifier temperature control switch through the through hole of the control panel.
