The mechanical shaft seal assembly comprises a mechanical seal shaft sleeve (1), a rotating shaft (16), a dynamic ring (3), a static ring (4), a spring seat (7) and a mechanical seal gland (11). A pump body seal cavity (15) is formed between the mechanical seal gland and the mechanical seal shaft sleeve and between the spring seat and the rotating shaft, and a plurality of nozzles (4) are formed in the spring seat (7), so that a pressure stabilizing cavity (13) is formed among the nozzles, the spring seat and the mechanical seal gland. By means of the pressure stabilization type integrally installed mechanical shaft seal assembly for the centrifugal pump, after pressure stabilization is conducted on external flushing liquid in the pressure stabilizing cavity, the external flushing liquid is uniformly flushed on the end face of the static ring and the end face of the dynamic ring through the nozzles evenly formed in the spring seat, so that cleaning liquid areas with pressure higher than the pressure of the pump body seal cavity are formed in the periphery of the dynamic ring and the static ring.
