The tuned mass damper comprises a supporting structure (1), limiting structures (2), mass blocks (3) and viscoelastic damping blocks (4), wherein the supporting structure (1) comprises an H-section steel layer, a plurality of channel steel layers, a supporting layer and anchoring steel bars I (15), the H-section steel layer, the plurality of channel steel layers and the supporting layer are correspondingly arranged, the H-section steel layer consists of four H-section steel I (11) with adjacent ends which are connected, the supporting layer consists of four supporting plates I (13) with adjacent ends which are connected, the plurality of channel steel layers are arranged between the H-section steel layer and the supporting layer, each channel steel layer consists of four channel steel bodies (12) with adjacent ends which are connected, the mass blocks (3) are connected with the H-section steel layer, and the connection between the lower end surface of the H-section steel layer and the topmost channel steel layer, between adjacent channel steel layers and between the bottommost channel steel layer and the supporting layer is realized respectively through the viscoelastic damping blocks (4). The tuned mass damper has the advantages that the field assembling is realized and the construction difficulty is reduced.
