A drive device and a connecting device are installed in the box. A swing arm is installed outside the box. The drive device comprises a horizontal gear motor, a vertical wheel disc and a pusher. The connecting device comprises a turning connecting rod and a support plate. The swing arm comprises a conveyor belt support. The conveyor belt support is provided with hub spindles and a variable frequency motor, wherein the hub spindles are fixed through bearing boxes. A conveyor belt is arranged on the hub spindles. The conveyor belt support is welded to the support plate through a cross rod. According to the automatic food placement machine, the drive device drives the turning connecting rod to perform circular motion, the turning connecting rod drives the support plate in the connecting device to rotate to drive the swing arm to perform circular motion along the rail, and therefore dumplings on the conveyor belt in the swing arm are evenly placed onto a quick-freezing tunnel; in this way, mechanization is achieved to a great extent, the number of staff is reduced, production efficiency is enhanced, product quality is guaranteed, and the production cost is lowered.
