The conductor hanging angle steels are symmetrically at intervals arranged on the tower conductor; a UB hanging plate which can swing back and forth is hinged between hanging point holes of the conductor hanging angle steels; the lower end of the UB hanging plate is hinged with a PS hanging plate which can swing left and right; the distance between the hanging point hole center line of the conductor hanging angle steels and the lower edge is shortened to be smaller than the distance between the hinge shaft center line of the upper end of the UB hanging plate and the hinge shaft center line of the lower end.
