Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a socket and a plug of a terminal connector capable of preventing open circuit of a current transformer. The socket comprises a socket housing made of insulation materials, two conductive seats, a conductive sphere, and a spring. One end of each of the conductive seats is a pipe-shaped pin seat used for tight inserting of a pin of the plug, and the other end is a connector used for connection with a lead wire of a secondary side of the current transformer. The connectors of the conductive seats are disposed in the socket housing in an embedded manner, and the pin seats are disposed in the inner cavity of the socket housing in a suspended manner. The inner side of the socket housing is provided with a deep recess, in which are disposed the conductive sphere and the spring. The distance between the middle segment flanges of the two conductive seats is smaller than the sphere diameter of the conductive sphere. The utility model is advantageous in that the short circuit current of the secondary side of the current transformer can be cut off automatically, the hand-operated short circuit of the secondary circuit is not required, and especially the plug can be directly embedded in the comprehensive relay protection or monitoring device and other secondary devices, and therefore the use is convenient, and the occurrence of the man-made accidents can be prevented.
