The master control unit is connected with the outer interface through the peripheral circuit. The peripheral circuit comprises a digital quantity input circuit, a digital quantity output circuit, a temperature acquiring circuit and a CAN communication circuit. According to the control system, through acquiring temperature and controlling a heating unit, the portable ammonia escape analyze can operate at a constant presettable temperature. Through acquiring the digital quantity input and controlling digital quantity output, functions of controlling opening and stopping a sampling pump through pushing buttons can be realized, and functions of automatic equipment zero calibration and equipment calibration can be realized. The control system provided by the utility model and the design method thereof have high stability and high reliability, and furthermore have a relatively high sensitivity and a relatively high interference resistance for monitoring ammonia escape.
