The body of an elevator is a box which is provided with a lifting platform inside, four ends of the lifting platform are connected with lifting chains, and the other ends of the lifting chains are in connection transmission with a lifting motor; a bucket feeding conveyor is arranged on one lower side of the evaluator, and a bucket discharge conveyor is arranged on the other upper side of the evaluator; the seal conveying box is horizontally divided into two parts, one part of the box is provided with a secondary pusher and a secondary conveyor, and two gates are arranged on two side faces of the box; two sides of the top of the other part of the box are respectively provided with slides matched with the gates, and top edges of the gates are in sliding fit with the slides. A conventional kiln port conveying mode for hazardous waste garbage is changed, open-type conveying is changed into closed conveying, and a kiln port is ensured to be always kept in a negative-pressure state, so that the hazardous waste garage is ensured to be evenly, stably, equally heavily and continuously fed into the kiln port of a rotary kiln to be burnt, the rotary kiln is enabled to be full, even, continuous and effective in burning, and burning quality and efficiency of the rotary kiln for burning are improved.
