The solar LED yard lamp is characterized in that the solar panel comprises an upper insulating substrate and a lower insulating substrate, a transparent conductive layer and a thin film panel are disposed between the upper insulating substrate and the lower insulating substrate, a back electrode layer is disposed between the thin film panel and the lower insulating substrate, an LED light source component comprises an aluminum substrate and LEDs, a plurality of bowl-shaped grooves are formed in the aluminum substrate, each LED comprises a chip and fluorescent powder, the chip is fixed on an aluminum plate on the bottom of the corresponding bowl-shaped groove, the fluorescent powder is disposed on the chip, and a copper foil circuit board is connected with the chip through a gold wire.
