Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a mechanically adjustable down lamp which comprises an LED lamp holder, a first face cover, a second face cover, a first screw, a first transmission assembly, a second screw and a second transmission assembly. A first circular groove is formed in the upper portion of the first face cover, a first disc is arranged at the lower portion of the first face cover, a second circular groove is formed in the upper portion of the second face cover, a second bottom disc is arranged at the lower portion of the second face cover, and a circular rail groove is formed along the inner edge of the bottom face of the second circular groove. The LED lamp holder is located in the first circular groove and can be in relative radial rotating connection with a casing of the first face cover. The first disc is clamped into the circular rail groove. The first screw penetrates through the second bottom disc to be connected with the first transmission assembly. The first transmission assembly is connected with the LED lamp holder. The driving force of circumferential motion is exerted by the first screw. The second screw penetrates through the second bottom disc to be connected with the second transmission assembly connected with the LED lamp holder. The driving force of radial motion is exerted by the second screw. By means of the mechanically adjustable down lamp, the illumination angle and direction of the LED lamp holder can be adjusted freely.
