The device is composed of a finished-product color coated sheet. The finished-product color coated sheet is longitudinally folded to form a 120-degree angle in the width direction of the finished-product color coated sheet. One side of the folding line of the finished-product color coated sheet is fixed to wall face of a shear wall. The other side of the folding line of the finished-product color coated sheet serves as a cantilever. A template strip adheres to the outer surface of the fixing side of the finished-product color coated sheet and the wall face of the shear wall. The upper edge of the template strip is flush with an upper opening in the finished-product color coated sheet. The joint seam position of connection of the finished-product color coated sheet and the wall face of the shear wall is coated with sealant.
