Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a liquid level control and liquid discharge mechanism for continuously casting single crystal copper. The liquid level control and liquid discharge mechanism comprises a rack, wherein a fixed plate is arranged between two side plates; the upper part of the fixed plate is provided with a dual-speed cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer; the lower part of the fixing plate is provided with a single-speed cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer; the dual-speed cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer is connected with the single-speed cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer by virtue of an electromagnetic clutch, thereby achieving switching between the dual-speed cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer and the single-speed cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer; a screw and nut drive device is arranged between a top cover board and the fixed plate; guide rods are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the screw and nut drive device; the screw and nut drive device is connected with an output shaft of the dual-speed cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer by virtue of a coupler; a nut and a monosymmetric guide hole are formed in a mobile rack; the guide rod passes through the guide hole in the mobile rack; two ends of the guide rod are fixedly arranged on the top cover board and the fixed plate to guide the mobile rack to move up and down; hanger rods are arranged at the end parts of the mobile rack; and pressure rods are arranged below the hanger rods.
