According to the carbon-based slow-release fertilizer used for the flue-cured tobacco, the ceramic releaser with a slow-releasing effect is used for loading the slow-release fertilizer to achieve an effect of dually regulating and controlling the slow release of the fertilizer; the base fertilizer can be regulated according to the soil fertility situations of different tobacco fields; the ceramic releaser has the effects of resisting bacteria and inhibiting bacteria.
