The waste gas treating system comprises a granulating machine, a dryer, a hot air furnace, a washing tower, a plate frame filter, a pp microporus filter, a flocculating device and a waste water tank, wherein the discharging end of the granulating machine is communicated with the feeding end of the dryer; the air inlet of the dryer is communicated with the air supply outlet of the hot air furnace; the outlet end of the dryer is communicated with the air inlet end of the washing tower; the liquid outlet end of the washing tower is communicated with the liquid inlet end of the plate frame filter; the liquid outlet end of the plate frame filter is communicated with the liquid inlet end of the pp microporus filter; the liquid outlet end of the pp microporus filter is communicated with the liquid inlet end of the flocculating device; the liquid outlet end of the flocculating device is communicated with the waste water tank. The waste gas treating system can conduct recovery and re-granulation on coarse whiting dust brought out by the waste gas during granulation and drying through washing, plate frame filtration and pp microporus filtration in sequence; compared with the prior art, the waste gas treating system can effectively reduce granulation cost, and effectively prevent pollution to environment of the coarse whiting granulation. |
