The outer surface of the unreeling roll is used for reeling the coiled material; the coiled material is conveyed to the coiled-material guiding surface from the outer layer to the inner layer during unreeling; the coiled material on the outermost layer clings to the coiled-material guiding surface under the control of the control unit. The guiding roll comprises the coiled-material guiding surface, and carries and conveys the coiled material unreeled by the unreeling roll during unreeling. Under the control of the control unit, the coiled-material guiding surface clings to the coiled material on the outermost layer of the unreeling roll. By the technical scheme, the technical problem that existing unreeling mechanisms are imperfect is solved.
