The simultaneous desulfurization and denitration device comprises a gas cylinder and a pressure stabilization pipe which is connected with the gas cylinder through a first depressurizing valve, wherein the pressure stabilization pipe is connected with a first U-shaped differential pressure gauge through a second depressurizing valve, and a first temperature measuring point is arranged at the connection point of the pressure stabilization pipe and the first U-shaped differential pressure gauge; the first U-shaped differential pressure gauge is sequentially connected with a first soap film flow meter and an emptying valve which are arranged at the rear end of the first U-shaped differential pressure gauge; the emptying valve is connected with a gas humidifier through a guide pipe; the gas humidifier is connected with one end of a constant temperature tank and one end of a gas stirrer through two paths of output pipes respectively; the gas humidifier is connected with the other end of the constant temperature tank and the other end of the gas stirrer through the other path of output pipe three-way joint respectively; the output end of the constant temperature tank is further connected with the gas stirrer through a guide pipe; a liquid-phase stirrer and an absorbent sampling valve are arranged at the bottom of the gas stirrer; one path of output of the gas stirrer is connected with an absorbent bottle through an absorbent charging valve, and the other path of output of the gas stirrer is connected with a second U-shaped differential pressure gauge; a second temperature measuring point is arranged at the connection point of the gas stirrer and the second U-shaped differential pressure gauge and is connected with a second soap film flow meter; a tail gas opening is formed in the output end of the second soap film flow meter.
