Sleeping belt

A sleeping belt comprises bridles, waistbands, an eye patch, a plurality of vertical belts and hooks, wherein the vertical belts and the hooks are connected with the bridle. The bridles are provided with a plurality of through holes, the vertical belts are connected with the through holes, a plurality of positions can be adjusted by the through holes, the bridles are connected through a first insert button and sleeve the upper end of a seat, the lengths of the bridles can be adjusted by the first insert button, a longitudinal belt is arranged between the bridles and provided with a ladder lock, the length of the longitudinal belt can be adjusted by the ladder lock, the waistbands are connected through a second insert button, the lengths of the waistbands can be adjusted by the second insert button, and the lower ends of the vertical belts are connected with the hooks through a plurality of hook fasteners. Connecting lengths among the waistbands, the bridles, the longitudinal belt, the vertical belts and the hooks and the distance between every two vertical belts can be adjusted, so that the sleeping belt is applicable to more people and seats.
