The biting rod is a hollow metal pipe, a latex nipple is arranged on the outer side of the biting rod in a sleeving mode, a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor are embedded in the tail end of the biting rod, the front end of the biting rod is fixed at the water outlet end of an electromagnetic water valve, and the water inlet end of the electromagnetic water valve is connected with a water inlet pipe; the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are connected with one end of a controller through signal lines, and the other end of the controller is connected with the electromagnetic water valve. A temperature sensor groove and a humidity sensor groove are formed in the tail end of the biting rod, the biting rod is 10-15 cm long, a round groove is formed in the biting rod and 5 cm away from the tail end of the biting rod, the tail end of the latex nipple is embedded in the round groove, the electromagnetic water valve is at a normally-closed state, small round holes are formed in the latex nipple and located at the temperature sensor groove and the humidity sensor groove, and a round hole is formed in the top end of the latex nipple.
