The outside magnetism of the samarium cobalt magnetic sheets (1.1) of the inner ring (1) is different from the inside magnetism of the corresponding samarium cobalt magnetic sheets (1.1) of the outer ring (2). A gap is arranged between the inner wall of the outer ring (1) and the outer wall of the stainless steel cover layer (4).
