The breaker comprises a relay switch K1, a relay switch K2, a coil KM, an MOS tube F, a transformer T1, a transient voltage suppressor TVS4, a rectifying module, a diode D2, a resistor R5, a resistor R6, a voltage stabilizing chip U3 and an inductor L1. An initial coil of the transformer T1 is connected between a live line L and a null line N. A secondary coil of the transformer T1 is connected with two ends of the transient voltage suppressor TVS4. The two ends of the transient voltage suppressor TVS4 are also connected with the input end of the rectifying module. The output end of the rectifying module is connected with the resistor R5. The resistor R5 is connected with one end of the resistor R6. The other end of the resistor R6 is connected with a grounding signal. The output end of the rectifying module is connected with the input end of the voltage stabilizing chip U3.
