Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a device for cleaning, passivating, drying and cooling a metal strip. The device comprises a metal strip drying oven, a winding press roller located behind the metal strip drying oven, a metal strip winding machine located behind the winding press roller and a cooling device arranged between the metal strip drying oven and the winding press roller. By adopting the drying and rapid cooling system for the metal strip cleaning line, the temperature of the cleaned and dried metal strip is rapidly lowered, the relative humidity of the metal strip during the processing, storage, transportation and application in summer and stuffy seasons is reduced and the defect that the surface of the cleaned finished metal strip is easily oxidized in summer and humid and stuffy seasons is solved.
