The container locking device is arranged on the bottom frame, the locking device adopts a full-automatic spin lock, and the bottom frame is of a full-steel welded structure borne by a fishbone type middle beam and comprises an end beam, a sleeper beam, a middle beam, a double-lock-bracket beam, a single-lock-bracket beam, a safety fence, an upper side bearing, an integrated impact seat, a side beam, a cast-steel upper center plate and an auxiliary longitudinal beam. The integrated impact seat is arranged at the cross position between the middle beam and the end beam, and the cast-steel upper center plate is arranged at the cross position between the middle beam and the sleeper beam.
