The replacing device comprises a support fixed on a tower in a position one meter under an installation cross-arm of a damaged falling-off-type fuse, a good falling-off-type fuse fixed on the support, a first guiding wire used for connecting the upper pile head of the good falling-off-type fuse with the upper pile head of the damaged falling-off-type fuse and a second guiding wire used for connecting the lower pile head of the good falling-off-type fuse with the lower pile head of the damaged falling-off-type fuse. After the devices are fixed on the tower, the first guiding wire and the second guiding wire are connected onto the damaged falling-off-type fuse in a live state, the good falling-off-type fuse can replace the damaged falling-off-type fuse, dismounting of the damaged falling-off-type fuse is not needed, only a falling-off-type fuse is installed in a safe distance additionally to replace the damaged falling-off-type fu |
