A rotating horizontal plate is connected to the wall-mounted support in a rotatable mode. The wall-mounted support is composed of a left steel angle and a right steel angle. The rotating horizontal plate is a telescopic plate which can extend frontwards and backwards. The left side and the right side of the tail end of the rotating horizontal plate are hinged to the two steel angles through rotating pins respectively. Ratchet wheels are coaxially fixed to the rotating pins connected with the rotating horizontal plate and the wall-mounted support.
