A novel sprinkler with a pressure-reducing water-saving filter element comprises a handle and a water outlet plate. The handle is hollow, and a water channel is formed. The water channel is communicated with a water inlet in the tail end of the handle and the inner portion of a water outlet plate. A water receiving opening is formed in the tail end of the handle and is connected with a water inlet pipe.
