The equipment is provided with a conductive base platform (10) which is provided with one or more switching elements, wherein the switching elements are used for at least one of DC/AC conversion, AC/DC conversion and DC/DC conversion through the switching operation. An electric-fitting substrate (70), which is provided with a control signal control circuit which enables the switching elements to carry out switching operation, is disposed on the switching elements in a covering manner. Moreover, the electric-fitting substrate (70) and the conductive base platform (10) substantially form a planar conductive layer (70d) at the same electric level, and the planar conductive layer (70d) is stacked on the switching elements. |
