The air conditioner circulating device comprises a compressor, a four-way valve, an outdoor heat exchanger, a throttling element and an indoor heat exchanger which are communicated in sequence. The four-way valve is communicated with the outlet end of the compressor, the outer door heat exchanger, the inlet end of the compressor and the indoor heat exchanger. A first heat storage device is arranged on a pipeline of the indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger in parallel. A first solenoid valve is arranged on a pipeline between a second end and a second joint of the first heat storage device. A second solenoid valve is arranged between a first joint and a second end opening of the indoor heat exchanger. A third solenoid valve is arranged between a third connector of the four-way valve and the inlet end of the compressor. A second heat storage device is arranged on a pipeline of the four-way valve and the inlet end of the compressor
