A generator, a diesel engine, a control cabinet and a draught fan are arranged on a skid-mounted base. The diesel engine is connected with the generator through a belt in a transmission mode. The generator is electrically connected with the control cabinet. The control cabinet is electrically connected with the draught fan. An outlet pipe of the draught fan is connected with an inlet of a jet device. An outlet of the jet device is connected with a hose through a flange. The hose is connected with a feeding tank. An inlet in the upper portion of the jet device is connected with a discharge hole in the lower portion of a spiral conveyor. A motor of the spiral conveyer is electrically connected with the control cabinet. The degradable fiber filling device for oil field fracturing has the advantages that the degradable fiber is dissected and broken by the spiral conveyor in a layered mode, the jet device is suitable for enablin
