The reflective film is formed by compounding a first scratch-proof layer, a first adhering layer, a first anti-ultraviolet layer, a first micro foaming layer, a high foaming layer, a second micro foaming layer, a second anti-ultraviolet layer, a second adhering layer and a second scratch-proof layer which are sequentially connected, wherein each of the first scratch-proof layer and the second scratch-proof layer consists of continuous and equal-height type triangular prism-shaped convex parts which are flatly paved on the first adhering layer or the second adhering layer, no gap is formed between the two adjacent triangular prism-shaped convex parts, the bottom part of each triangular prism-shaped convex part is the contact surface of each triangular prism-shaped convex part and the first adhering layer or the second adhering layer, the distance between the top prism edges of the two adjacent triangular prism-shaped convex pa
