The Hung image collection device comprises a mounting base, a folding arm, an electric drive push rod and a video camera. One end of the folding arm is mounted on the mounting base through a pivot shaft in a pivoting mode. The electric drive push rod is mounted on the mounting base and drives the folding arm to rotate around the pivot shaft. The stretching-out end of the electric drive push rod is fixedly connected with the folding arm. When the electric drive push rod is in the retracting state, the folding arm is located in the mounting base. The video camera is mounted to the other end of the folding arm.
