A cavity is arranged inside the sleeve, an opening is formed in an end of the sleeve, and a through hole is formed in a side wall of the front end of the sleeve; the elastic component is arranged in the cavity; the tail of the rod-shaped component is connected to the elastic component, the head of the rod-shaped component is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the sleeve, the rod-shaped component slides in the cavity to determine whether the through hole is communicated with the opening or not, accordingly, the elastic component is compressed when the rod-shaped component slides during exhaust and is rebounded after power stops being provided for the exhaust valve, and then the rod-shaped component can be reset.
