The notch locking nut device comprises a roller body, wherein a cylindrical roller bearing is arranged on the conical surface at the front end of the roller body in a sleeving manner and is fixedly locked by a locking nut; a washer is arranged between the cylindrical roller bearing and the inner side end surface of the locking nut and is supported against an inner ring of the cylindrical roller bearing; a notch is formed in the locking nut in the radial direction and downwards extend along the circumferential surface of the locking nut to a threaded hole of the locking nut; the threaded hole axially extending is formed in one side, corresponding to the notch, on the locking nut; an inner hexagon screw is in threaded connection in the threaded hole; a spring washer is
