The electric power capacitor circuit comprises a capacitor circuit formed by a plurality of capacitors which are connected in parallel. Each capacitor is connected in series with a fuse. One side of the capacitor circuit is connected in parallel with a discharge resistor. Two lead wire casing pipes are electrically connected with an input terminal and an output terminal of the capacitor circuit. A rapid fuse is installed between the lead wire casing pipe of the output terminal and the capacitor circuit. One end of a discharge circuit is connected to a lower portion of the lead wire casing pipe of the output terminal. The other end of the discharge circuit is connected to a discharge resistor terminal.
