Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a heat exchanger which comprises multiple layers of fins stacked together, a first coolant pipeline and a second coolant pipeline, wherein each fin is folded repeatedly, the multiple stacked fins form multiple repeatedly skewing unit structures, and the first coolant pipeline and the second coolant pipeline are coupled to the peripheral fins in the multiple layers of fins. The heat exchanger further comprises a fan guiding air to pass through the repeatedly skewing unit structures. The heat transmission capacity of the heat exchanger is improved.
