The collecting device comprises a water guiding part and a water collecting part, wherein the water guiding part is used for guiding the leaked water of the cold preservation pipe, and the water collecting part is used for storing the leaked water of the cold preservation pipe. The water guiding part is arranged at the bottom of the cold preservation pipe. The section of the water guiding part is of a trumpet shape, an opening of the water guiding part faces the bottom of the cold preservation pipe, and the side faces of the water guiding part are connected with fixing parts used for fixing the collecting device and the cold preservation pipe. A groove is formed in the inner side of the junction of the water guiding part and the water collecting part, and a filtering plate is inserted in the groove. The bottom of the water collecting part is at least connected with a water storage tank.
