Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a self-balancing wheel device. The self-balancing wheel device comprises a wheel hub (1), a first outer cover (2), a second outer cover (8), a motor (5) and a disc-shaped counterweight tray (7). The first outer cover (2) and the second outer cover (8) are installed on the two sides of the wheel hub (1) respectively. The motor (5), a drive mechanism and the counterweight tray (7) are all arranged in a cavity formed by the first outer cover (2), the wheel hub (1) and the second outer cover (8). One side wall of the wheel hub (1) is provided with an installation seat (1.1) used for containing the motor (5). The drive mechanism comprises a pinion (4) and a bull gear (3), wherein the pinion (4) is installed on a motor output shaft (5.1), and the bull gear (3) is installed to the position, located in the center of the wheel hub (1), of an installation shaft.
