Battery pack module

The utility model relates to a battery pack module. The battery pack module absorbs heat from square batteries which are provided with opposite main surfaces and are stacked in a shell. A heat management module comprises a plurality of heat transfer pieces which are prepared from compressed expanded graphite particles. Each heat transfer piece is located to be in contact with the main surface of at least one of the square batteries. A cover plate is provided with a top surface and a bottom surface, a plurality of holes are formed in the cover plate, and the plurality of heat transfer pieces extend through the holes. Each hole comprises at least one bent side wall, and each heat transfer piece is bent above the bent side wall. At least one part of each heat transfer piece is fixed between a heat sink and the top surface.
