The thermoelectricity device comprises the thin type heat dissipating sheet, a heat source body, a thermoelectric element and a power supply element, wherein the heat source body is connected to the second substrate of the thin type heat dissipating sheet, the thermoelectric element is connected to the first substrate of the thin type heat dissipating sheet, and the power supply element is electrically connected to the thermoelectric element.
