The plastic paper static electricity eliminating device comprises a rack, a support, a motor, a rotating shaft, driven rods, a static electricity eliminating rod and copper conductors. The support comprises a support A and a support B which are fixedly connected to the top of the rack. The straight line formed by the support A and the support B is parallel to the width of the rack and the two sides of the support are arranged in a right-angle manner. The rotating shaft is installed on the rack, is driven by the motor and is located on the right side of the support. The static electricity eliminating rod is connected between the support A and the support B and is located at the upper edges of the side surfaces of the vertical sides of the support. The static electricity eliminating rod is a hollow tube and the two ends of the static electricity eliminating rod are connected with the support A and the support B through the copper conductors. The plastic paper static electricity eliminating device has the advantages that static electricity generated by friction of plastic paper is contacted with the static electricity eliminating rod, passes through the static electricity eliminating rod and is transmitted to the rack through the copper conductors, the rack is finally grounded and finally the static electricity can be dispersed to a maximum. Thus, the static electricity on the plastic paper can be eliminated.
