A small magnet is fixed on the left side surface of the swing rod hinging plate, and the small magnet is in front part of the swing rod hinging plate. A swing rod is hinged on the swing rod hinging plate. The outer end part of the armature is provided with a connection rod upper hinging shaft. The middle part of the swing rod is provided with a connection rod lower hinging shaft. The connection rod upper hinging shaft and the connection rod lower hinging shaft are jointly hinged with a connection rod. The vertical plane, where the axis of a sing shaft of the swing rod is located, is identical to the vertical plane, where the center line of the electromagnetic coil is located. The vertical plane, where the axis of the connection rod upper hinging shaft is located, is spaced from the vertical plane, where the center line of the electromagnetic coil is located, by a small distance.
