Zusammenfassung: | A hydraulic tensioner ring testing device for detecting yield strength of a steel pipe is a device for detecting the yield strength of the steel pipe, solves the problem that a current device cannot accurately detect the yield strength of the steel pipe, and comprises an internal mold, a top plate, two half snap rings, a rigid chain, an extensometer and a controller, wherein the internal mold is an inverted T-shaped mold stage, a fluid filling opening is formed in the bottom of the internal mold, an exhaust opening is formed in the top of the internal mold, a flexible sealing piece with a groove is arranged on the internal mold and forms a cavity, and a pipy or tubular sample is placed outside the flexible sealing piece; an outlet of a liquid filling channel of a fluid filling opening directly faces to the cavity, and a start opening of an exhaust passage of the exhaust opening directly faces to the upper top of the cavity; the top plate is placed at the upper part of the pipy or tubular sample; a snap ring formed by the two half snap rings is tight fixed to the top plate; the two ends of the rigid chain are tightened by springs so as to tightly tie the pipy or tubular sample; two measuring terminals of the extensometer are connected to the two ends of the rigid chain; the controller is used for controlling the opening and the closing of the fluid filling opening and the exhaust opening, and used for calculating the pressure inside the cavity and a measure value of the extensometer. The pipy or tubular sample is cut from the steel pipe, and the measured yield strength of the pipy or tubular sample is a value which is the closest to the true yield strength of the steel pipe. |
