The speed-regulating device comprises a starting device, a motor, a hydraulic coupling speed-regulating device, a lubricating oil system and a cooling system. The starting device is electrically connected with the motor through a control cable, the motor is electrically connected with the hydraulic coupling speed-regulating device, the lubricating oil system is arranged in the hydraulic coupling speed-regulating device, the hydraulic coupling speed-regulating device is connected with a rotating device, and the cooling system is respectively connected with the motor, the hydraulic coupling speed-regulating device and the rotating device. The speed-regulating device is suitable for the offshore platform high-power rotating device. The speed-regulating device can be directly mounted between the rotating device and the motor in a skid-mounted mode, and the rotating speed adjusting requirements are met; and compared with a conventional frequency conversion speed-regulating device, the offshore platform high-power speed-regulating device mainly has the advantages of being simple, low in environmental condition requirements, small in occupied area and high in reliability.
