The unlocking rivet of each locking mechanism is connected with the lower end of an unlocking drawstring, the upper end of the unlocking drawstring is connected with a hook hung on the hanging rod, an unlocking hole pointing at the unlocking drawstring is formed in the foam, and an unlocking opening is formed in the trim cover. The back-row seat backrest has the advantages that plastic components which are mounted on a rear-row seat and used for unlocking are omitted, the rear-row seat completely wraps the unlocking mechanisms, cleaning is facilitated, the whole rear-row seat is attractive, plastic parts for guiding rear-row safety belts are replaced by safety belt guide strips mounted on the trim cover, and manufacturing cost is lowered.
