Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a minimal quantity lubricating device which comprises an oil storage box used for storing a fluid lubricant. An inner cavity is formed inside the oil storage box. An air supply device, a pressure adjusting valve, an air source pressure indication gauge, a post-adjustment pressure indication gauge, an oil filling port, an in-cavity pressure indication gauge and a plurality of fog outlets are formed in the top of the oil storage tank. The fog outlets are fixedly connected with on-off valves. The on-off valves are connected with fog outlet pipes. An oil fog generator is arranged at the upper portion of the inner cavity. The air supply device is connected with the pressure adjusting valve. The pressure adjusting valve is provided with the pressure indication gauge and connected with the oil fog generator through an air pipe. The bottom of the oil storage tank is provided with a low-oil-level alarm device. According to the minimal quantity lubricating device, compressed air is used as a power source for oil fog generation and conveyance, so that the electric power cost for driving the power source is greatly reduced compared with the traditional electric power cost; no pollution is caused to the ecological environment and the working environment by using the minimal quantity lubricating device; the mixed proportion of the air and the lubricant can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure adjusting valve controlling the air flow and the flow gauge controlling the flow of the lubricant, and oil consumption is saved; the minimal quantity lubricating device is miniaturized and convenient to install and maintain. |
