Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a width-variable crystallizer model for ferrous metallurgical water model experiments in order to solve the problem that an existing crystallizer model can only be used for conducting experiments on one width. The width-variable crystallizer model comprises a crystallizer model body. Multiple sets of wedge grooves in bilateral symmetry are formed in the front sidewall and the rear sidewall of an inner cavity of the crystallizer model body. Each set of wedge grooves is composed of two corresponding longitudinal wedge grooves in the front sidewall and the rear sidewall respectively. The height of each wedge groove is consistent with that of the inner cavity of the crystallizer model body. In the experimenting process, two partition boards with the wedge-shaped cross sections on the two sides are inserted into two sets of wedge grooves in bilateral symmetry respectively, and wedge-shaped bars are inserted into the wedge grooves which are not used. The two partition boards and the front sidewall and the rear sidewall of the crystallizer model body define the crystallizer model with a set width. Experiments on crystallizer water models with several different widths can be conducted only through one crystallizer model, so that experimental parameters completely simulate practical situations, accuracy of experimental results is ensured, the model processing cost is saved, and the experiment cost is lowered. |
