Zusammenfassung: | The utility model provides a spliced main shaft and an end assembling sealing structure for motors of a coal mine, wherein according to the spliced main shaft, an original shaft is divided into two components, namely a spliced shaft and a solid shaft, in a splicing manner; and furthermore the spliced shaft and the solid shaft cooperate and are connected with each other through the inner circle of the spliced shaft and the outer circle of the solid shaft. The solid shaft is provided with a cylindrical pin for transmitting power the solid shaft is connected with a motor rotor; A front end cap is connected with a motor housing. A bearing is mounted in the front end cap. A front inner cover is mounted on the front end cap. The spliced shaft is mounted in the bearing and is locked through a closing ring. Simultaneously a frame oil seal is arranged at one side of the closing ring. A felt ring oil seal is arranged on a third outer circle of the spliced shaft. Furthermore the spliced shaft, the front inner cover, the felt ring oil seal, the front end cover and the frame oil seal form a seal chamber. According to the spliced main shaft, one shaft is changed to a split structure which is composed of the spliced shaft and the solid shaft in a spliced manner, thereby effectively reducing machining difficulty and thermal deformation treatment difficulty, facilitating machining, effectively reducing front-stage equipment investment of enterprises, and improving strength of the spliced main shaft. |
