Zusammenfassung: | A combined contact for a high-voltage isolating switch comprises a static contact and a contact finger. The combined contact is characterized in that: the contact finger has an integrated U-shaped copper bar structure; the static contact has an L-shaped copper bar structure; the middle part of the U-shaped copper bar of the contact finger is fixed on one surface of the L-shaped copper bar of the static contact; a sleeve is arranged between an upper finger sheet and a lower finger sheet of the U-shaped copper bar of the contact finger; the upper finger sheet and the lower finger sheet of the U-shaped copper bar of the contact finger are respectively provided with a groove; the upper finger sheet and the lower finger sheet of the U-shaped copper bar of the contact finger are respectively provided with a pressure plate; each pressure plate is provided with a projection which is adapted with the groove on the finger sheet; the projection on each pressure plate is arranged in the groove on the finger sheet; a bolt which penetrates through the pressure plates, the finger sheets and the sleeve is arranged; a spring sleeves the bolt; and the end of the bolt is tightened through a nut. According to the combined contact of the utility model, because the contact finger with the U-shaped copper bar structure and the static contact with the L-shaped copper bar structure are adopted, processing technique is greatly simplified, and low product cost is realized. The static contact is integrated with the contact finger, thereby realizing good contact surface and high heat radiating performance, and improving electrical performance. |
